Fencing may seem like a small step, but it represents something larger. It's the first visible sign that our solar-powered data center project has moved from concept to reality. Every post driven into the Tunisian soil marks progress toward energy independence, sustainable AI infrastructure, and the future we're building together.

The journey to this point involved navigating Tunisia's regulatory framework, securing land rights through collaboration with the Regional Directorate of State Domains and Land Affairs, and working closely with the Governorate of Tozeur. Our legal team, Meziou and Elleuch, played a crucial role in ensuring every aspect of the acquisition met local requirements. The Tunisia Investment Authority provided essential support throughout this process, facilitating our path from initial approvals to physical development.

But today, the paperwork gives way to physical progress. The site that existed in technical drawings and feasibility studies now has defined boundaries in the real world.
