We are entering 2026 with strong momentum, having secured our first ultra long term land lease to develop one of Africa’s largest sustainable data centre sites. Through our long term partnership with the Bizerte Economic Activities Park PAEB, this strategic digital infrastructure site is designed to deliver high performance compute capacity to Europe with latency under 10 milliseconds.

Strategically located in the Bizerte Free Zone at the heart of one of Tunisia’s most important economic hubs, the site benefits from proximity to critical connectivity, power, and logistics infrastructure. This positioning supports a carrier neutral approach aligned with the expectations of hyperscalers, telecom operators, cloud providers, and international enterprises.
