𝗧𝗥𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗜𝗡𝗚 𝗧𝗨𝗡𝗜𝗦𝗜𝗔’𝗦 𝗖𝗟𝗘𝗔𝗡 𝗘𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗚𝗬 𝗪𝗢𝗥𝗞𝗙𝗢𝗥𝗖𝗘

We’ve partnered with ISET Tozeur, a public tech institute in southern Tunisia, to equip students with hands-on experience in renewable energy. Through this collaboration, we’re helping prepare the next generation of local engineers and technicians to lead Tunisia’s energy transition.

𝗪𝗛𝗬 𝗧𝗛𝗜𝗦 𝗠𝗔𝗧𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗦

For clean energy to succeed in Tunisia, it must be built not only with new infrastructure—but with the talent and expertise of Tunisians themselves. The energy sector needs professionals who are technically trained, locally rooted, and ready to solve the real-world challenges ahead.

That’s why we’re working directly with the Higher Institute of Technological Studies of Tozeur (ISET Tozeur), a respected public institution that has been preparing students for careers in applied engineering and technology since 2004. Together, we’re closing the gap between academic training and the needs of the energy market.

𝗔𝗕𝗢𝗨𝗧 𝗜𝗦𝗘𝗧 𝗧𝗢𝗭𝗘𝗨𝗥

ISET Tozeur is part of Tunisia’s national network of Institutes of Technological Studies, designed to offer practical, career-oriented programs in engineering, information technology, business, and applied sciences. With a strong focus on technical training and real-world problem solving, its graduates are known for being job-ready and innovation-driven.

Located in the Tozeur governorate—home to some of Tunisia’s most promising solar potential—the institute is uniquely positioned to support the region’s role in the national energy transition.

𝗪𝗛𝗔𝗧 𝗧𝗛𝗘 𝗣𝗔𝗥𝗧𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗕𝗟𝗘𝗦

Our Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with ISET Tozeur lays the groundwork for real, sustained engagement between students and the energy industry. Here’s what that looks like:

• Hands-on Learning: Students will be offered internships and project-based learning opportunities with our teams—giving them firsthand exposure to the challenges and operations of solar development.
• Mentorship and Field Access: Through joint workshops and field visits, students will gain direct insight into industry workflows, technology applications, and the skills needed for long-term careers.
• Local Innovation: We’ll work with students to identify and tackle energy and sustainability issues specific to southern Tunisia—encouraging them to turn classroom theory into locally grounded solutions.

Too often, energy investments focus on infrastructure alone. But systems don’t run without skilled people—and transitions don’t happen without local ownership. We believe that empowering young professionals with the tools, knowledge, and exposure they need is the most durable way to ensure impact.

By investing in students from Tozeur and the surrounding regions, we’re not only supporting Tunisia’s technical capacity—we’re helping build a clean energy workforce that understands the region, is invested in its future, and can scale solutions well beyond it.
